1.5 inch/400g striploin at room temp and pat dry

Preheat air fryer to 200c

Airfry 10mins each side @ 200c for medium rare

Finish off with a blowtorch for more char if you like

Steak elevated to promote air flow

Container and paper towel to collect fat drippings to minimize smoke
